Esteban Sarmiento of East Brunswick is a physical anthropologist who has caused a bit of controversy with papers he has written, including one critiquing a report on Ardi, a fossil said to provide evidence that humans evolved in forests -- not plains. He claims Ardi isn't really part of the human lineage, or at least that no one has proven he is. He is posing with two human skulls in his home. Thursday, July 22, 2010.
