Andre Latallade displays a tattoo on his neck, one of 22 tattoos on on his body, which reads: "Hebrews 13:3." This is a passage in the Bible, which says, "Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body." He had this tattooed done because he was forgotten by others while in prison and as the passages says, he promises not to forget those prisoners. Andre Latallade, 43, of Newark, AKA Capital X, is an ex-con turned prison rights activist who will march from Trenton to Texas starting March 31st to draw attention to immorality of the death penalty. He trains 3 or 4 times a week at Smith Field Park in Parsippany. Andre is a rapper who spent much of his time in prison, but who turned his life around is trying to fight for a cause. He started his own human rights business called ,"305375 The Voice of the Voiceless," 305375 was his last state prison number. PARSIPPANY, NJ 3/27/08
