Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007 - Passaic County Clerk Karen Brown performs a wedding ceremony for one of about 15 couples who were married Wednesday at the Passaic County adminstration building. Brown married about 15 couples and performed one civil union Wednesday in the Freeholders meeting room at the Passaic County adminstration building. The room was decorated for Halloween and Brown, her staff and many of the couples were dressed in costume.
